Booking & Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. We prepare lounge and welcome drink for you at early arrival.

If you’re late, we’ll do our best within the remaining time; the full fee still applies.
No-show

Your time is reserved just for you. If you don’t arrive and don’t cancel, we charge 100% of the service price.

We still compensate our therapists and hold the room, this policy helps us retain an excellent team and keep availability for everyone.
Rescheduling

Free changes made 24+ hours before your appointment.

Late reschedule (<24 hours): 30% of the service price.

To honor everyone’s time, arrivals 15+ minutes late fall outside your reserved window, so we can’t begin the service. We’re happy to reschedule (30% late-change fee) or cancel (30% late-cancellation fee). Fees are based on the original service price.
