Our Spa Policies

At Svala Spa, we cherish the opportunity to provide you with a peaceful escape. Because our therapists dedicate their time and energy exclusively to your scheduled visit, we have established these guidelines for arrivals, cancellations, and missed appointments.

Arrival

  • The Welcome Experience,                  We invite you to begin your journey with us a few moments early, ideally   5 to 10 minutes prior to your session.

  • This creates a beautiful window to complete your intake form and settle into our relaxation lounge with a complimentary welcome drink, ensuring your treatment begins in a state of true peace.

Late Arrival

  • If you find yourself delayed but arrive within 20 minutes of your start time, we will wrap you in as much care as your remaining window allows. To honor the therapist's dedication and the guest following you.

  • the full service fee will still apply.

  • To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience, arrivals 20 minutes or more late fall outside your reserved sanctuary time, and we won’t be able to begin the service. In these instances, we are happy to help you reschedule (30% late-change fee) or cancel (30% late-cancellation fee) based on the original service price.

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation made 24+ hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellation (<24 hours):     30% of the service price.

No-show

  • First Missed Visit:                      Sometimes life surprises us. Your first missed session is completely on us.

  • Second Missed Visit:                                  We value our journey together.              A second missed visit is also complimentary.

  • Third Missed Visit:                                   To honor our therapist's time, a contribution of  $60 fee will be placed on your account.

  • We still compensate our therapists and hold the room, this policy helps us retain an excellent team and keep availability for everyone.

Accessibility & Comfort

  • Please share any access needs; we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Scent-sensitive? Ask for low-scent options when available.

Rescheduling

  • Free changes made 24+ hours before your appointment. 

  • Late reschedule (<24 hours): 30% of the service price.
